A quick call to understand your project goals and timeline. We'll request rough measurements to prepare for the showroom visit.

Showroom Visit & Design Session

Explore styles, finishes, and features in person while we bring your vision to life in a collaborative session with realistic renderings.

Preliminary Design & Pricing

Receive an initial layout and budget to align on scope and investment. We will also send a retainer request.

Final Measurement & Retainer

Once the initial proposal is signed, our team will visit the jobsite to take final measurements and collect payment for the retainer.

Revisions, Approval & Payment

We'll share a link to our online portal so you can feel confident in every revision and design decision before final approval.

Delivery & Acclimation Period

Cabinetry is professionally delivered to your home. Typically there is a 2 or 3 day acclimation period before installation begins.

Expert Installation

Watch your dream kitchen come to life with expert installation. This process typically takes 1 week depending on the project size.

Finishing Touches

Hardware is installed, doors and drawers are adjusted, and any other fine-tuning work is completed so cabinets are ready to use.

CABINETRY TYPE PRICE RANGES

We offer two paths to exceptional cabinetry:

AVG KITCHEN: $20K-40K

DESIGN READY CABINETRY

A curated collection of door styles and finishes — handpicked for quality, trend, and value. All plywood construction and soft-close doors and drawers.

AVG KITCHEN: $30K-$75K+

SEMI-CUSTOM & CUSTOM CABINETRY

Thousands of door styles, painted finishes, stains, and custom color-matching and glazes. Excellent quality and options, all made in the USA.

OUR PROCESS & PRICING

How our pricing works in our process:

Initial estimate provided after design consultation

After your consultation, we provide a preliminary design and budget to align on scope and investment.

Retainer (5–10%) to move into detailed design

A small retainer secures your project in our schedule and allows us to begin refining your design in detail. Retainers are credited to your order.

Final cabinetry balance due upon approval

Once all selections and revisions are finalized, the full cabinetry balance is collected before ordering due to the custom nature of the product.

Installation invoiced upon completion

Installation is billed separately and only after your project is fully completed to your satisfaction. Some projects require phased payments.

How do I know if the project will be in my budget?

We review your goals, selections, and investment range during your showroom meeting to align the design with your budget.

How many revisions can we make?

Once the retainer is in place, you can make unlimited revisions until every detail feels just right.

How long does the entire process typically take?

Timelines vary based on how quickly selections are made and the cabinetry type, but from order to delivery typically ranges from 2–8 weeks.

Can I view cabinetry sizes and styles online?

Yes, you can explore our Design Ready styles as well as our custom door styles and finishes directly on our website.

Can I use my own contractor to install the cabinets?

To ensure the highest quality and a guaranteed final result, we typically handle installation with our trusted team.

What is the payment and refund policy?

Because cabinetry is a custom product, payment is due in full at the time of ordering, with installation invoiced separately upon completion. No refunds are issued, however replacement doors and/or pieces can be ordered and our client satisfaction is guaranteed.
